One key aspect is capturing Ireland as soon as possible, which will boost your economy and provide an additional woad warriors training-ground. To achieve this, focus on training woad warriors in your smaller towns in the North and light chariots at Samarobriva as soon as possible.

In Londinium, build a fleet with six or seven boats to prepare for invasion, and then train head hurlers and swordsmen. Saving money and training woad warriors throughout your territory is crucial to replace warbands and maintain a strong economy. The key goal here is to invade Ireland, which can be accomplished on the first turn itself.

However, building a shrine to Andrasta on the first turn allows you to recruit woad warriors from the start, giving you an advantage in the early game. To accelerate your progress, aim to get Samarobriva up to large town status by disbanding peasants and warbands, which can usually be achieved within two turns.

Assign Belenus and his troops inside Samarobriva, as they won't be leaving anytime soon.
